Case Study
The Challenge
High school students needed a reliable platform to practice for their exams, but existing solutions were either too expensive, lacked Arabic support, or didn't provide adequate feedback. Teachers also needed tools to create and manage exams efficiently.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive exam platform with a student portal for taking tests and viewing results, plus an admin dashboard for teachers to create exams, manage questions, and track student progress. The platform includes timed exams, instant grading, and detailed performance analytics.
Results
- Student portal: timed exams with instant grading
- Teacher dashboard to build exams and manage questions
- Per-student result history and performance breakdown
- Arabic interface for both students and teachers

Technologies Used
Two people use an exam platform, and they want opposite things
The student wants the exam to be quick to start and impossible to lose progress in. The teacher wants to build a paper once and never retype a question again. Design for one and you make the other miserable.
So the platform is two products sharing a question bank: a student side that is stripped to the exam, and a teacher side that is all authoring and results.

Before signing in, and after — the same site with a different job to do.
The student half: a clock that is honest
A timed exam is a promise, and the promise breaks the moment a refresh loses an answer. Progress is held as the student works, the countdown is visible without being oppressive, and grading is immediate — because a result that arrives tomorrow teaches nothing today.
Afterwards the breakdown matters more than the mark: which questions, which topics, and what to sit down with next.

The exam before it starts, while it runs, and the breakdown afterwards.
The teacher half: writing the paper
Every hour a teacher spends fighting a form is an hour not spent teaching. Questions are authored once and reused, an exam is assembled from them, and the teacher can see exactly what the student will see before anyone sits it.

Building an exam, and previewing it exactly as the student will meet it.
