Welcome to Bright Web Path. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our web development and design services.
1. Services
Bright Web Path provides web development, design, and digital solutions. Our services include custom website development, WordPress development, web design, and consulting. All services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in individual project contracts.
2. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply to all projects unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms require 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Bright Web Path retains the right to use generic code libraries, frameworks, and templates across projects. We also reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.). Delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines and could result in additional charges.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that our work will be free from defects and match agreed specifications for 30 days after delivery. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any non-public information.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed to date. Any deposits for unstarted work may be refundable at our discretion.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
