Nobody searches for “a property”
They search for a specific developer they already trust, or a project a friend mentioned, or simply the area where their work is. A single search box serving all three questions answers none of them well.
So the site is built around those three routes in, each a first-class way through the catalogue rather than a filter buried inside one.

The map is not decoration
Location is most of the decision in real estate, and a written address does not convey it to somebody who does not already know the city. Listings carry real coordinates on an interactive map, so “where is this, actually” is answered by looking rather than by reading.

A property catalogue is only worth anything while it is accurate, and accuracy is a daily job done by the agency, not by us. So the admin was built for the person doing it: add a property, place it on the map, write the description with a proper editor, publish.
This is the part that decides whether a site is still true a year after launch.
