Truck World

Client project · Delivered

A bilingual land-freight platform for an Egyptian logistics company — shipment tracking, quote requests, and a fleet catalogue across all 27 governorates.

Truck World moves cargo for factories, importers and distributors across Egypt, and its customers used to reach it only by phone. We built a bilingual platform where a client requests a quote online, receives a reference number, and follows every milestone on a live status timeline until signed delivery. The site presents the full service range — FTL and LTL road freight, fleet management, warehousing and distribution, last-mile, cold chain, and customs clearance — alongside a fleet catalogue and a coverage map of all 27 governorates. Behind it sits an admin dashboard for quotes, shipments, fleet, news and enquiries.

Case Study

The Challenge

Every quote and every "where is my shipment?" arrived as a phone call. Truck World needed to look as established as it is after 11 years, in both Arabic and English, and to let clients self-serve without adding staff.

Our Solution

A bilingual, RTL-first platform with online quote requests, reference-number shipment tracking, a searchable fleet and service catalogue, and an admin dashboard the team runs day to day.

Results

  • Quote requests and shipment tracking moved from phone calls to self-service
  • Full Arabic and English site with correct RTL layout throughout
  • Coverage of all 27 governorates presented clearly with scheduled routes
  • One dashboard for quotes, shipments, fleet, news and client enquiries
“He understood the haulage market from our first session. The site came out in Arabic and English, and quote requests reach us directly now instead of a customer slipping away. Delivery was faster than I expected, and the support has continued past launch.”

Every quote used to be a phone call

So did every "where is my shipment?". For a company moving freight across all 27 governorates, that is a staff member tied to a phone all day, answering the same two questions — and a customer who cannot ask them at eleven at night.

The site was built to take both of those off the phone. A quote is requested online; a shipment is found with the reference number the client already has.

The entry point — tracking and a quote request, both above the fold.

Eleven years of standing has to show

Freight is bought on trust, and a company that has been running since 2015 competes against newer names that simply present better online. The brief was to look as established as the company actually is — in Arabic first, because that is the language its clients negotiate in.

So the fleet, the routes and the coverage are stated concretely rather than described: which trucks, which governorates, which scheduled runs.

The dashboard is half the product

A brochure site tells a company nothing it did not already know. This one answers the questions an owner actually has: how many enquiries came in, where they came from, which of them is still waiting for a reply, and which are turning into work.

That is the difference between a website as a cost and a website as an instrument. The team runs quotes, shipments, fleet and news from here, without calling anyone.
