Easy Stores
Client project · Delivered
A production-ready fast-delivery marketplace platform for Egypt, similar to delivery apps, with real-time order tracking and multi-vendor support.
Easy Stores is a comprehensive fast-delivery marketplace platform designed for the Egyptian market. Built with a modern monorepo architecture, it provides a complete ecosystem for customers, merchants, and couriers. Features include real-time order tracking via WebSocket, secure payment integration with Egyptian gateways, bilingual UI (Arabic/English) with RTL support, merchant dashboards, courier management, and admin panels. The platform handles the full delivery lifecycle from browsing to order completion.
Case Study
The Challenge
The Egyptian delivery market needed a scalable, locally-focused marketplace platform that could handle real-time operations, support Arabic-first interfaces, and integrate with local payment methods.
Our Solution
We architected and built a full-stack delivery marketplace using a pnpm monorepo with Next.js frontend and Express.js backend. The platform features real-time WebSocket communication, Redis caching, BullMQ job queues, Kashier payment integration, and comprehensive role-based access for customers, merchants, couriers, and admins.
Results
- Marketplace covering customers, merchants, couriers and admins
- Real-time order tracking over WebSocket
- Egyptian payment rails: cards, wallets and cash on delivery
- 982 automated tests passing (423 web + 559 API)
“Shoppinzo is not a website — it is a full platform, with merchants, couriers, orders and wallets. Khaled built it with us step by step and was always reachable. A platform this size, at this quality, would have been hard to reach with anyone else at the same cost.”

Technologies Used
One platform, four different jobs
A customer wants to browse and track. A merchant wants to change a price at eleven at night without phoning anyone. A courier wants to know what they earned today. An admin wants to see all three at once.
Easy Stores is one codebase serving all four, and most of the work went into keeping them out of each other’s way. Roles are enforced in the database, again at the API, and again in the interface — so a courier who types a merchant URL straight into the address bar arrives nowhere.

The same storefront in English and Arabic — not a translated page, a mirrored one.
Arabic is not a translation layer
Egyptian shoppers read right to left, so the entire layout flips: the cart moves, the arrows point the other way, and a product card mirrors rather than merely swapping its words.
Getting that right is mostly discipline — logical CSS properties everywhere instead of hard left and right, and a font stack that treats Arabic as a first-class script rather than a fallback.

Browsing: the list of stores, one store’s menu, and the same journey on a phone.
What the merchant actually sees
This is the part clients are rarely shown, and it is the part that decides whether a platform survives its first month. A merchant who has to email somebody to mark an item out of stock will quietly stop using the system.
So the merchant panel carries the whole job: the live order queue, the menu with its prices and availability, and the day’s takings — on a phone, because that is where a shop owner actually is.

Merchant: the day at a glance, the menu, and the live order queue.
And what the courier sees
A courier’s screen answers two questions and nothing else: what is next, and what have I earned. Anything more is noise on a phone held in one hand at a traffic light.
Earnings are broken down per delivery and per day, because a rider who cannot check their own numbers does not trust them.

Courier: the run, and the money.
