Technologies Used

The site as it ships — the property leads, the agency follows.
Photographs first
At the top of the market the photograph does the selling, and everything the interface adds around it competes with it. So the layout gives images the room and keeps the furniture quiet — restrained type, generous space, and no effect that draws attention to itself.
The brief was a site that looks like the properties cost what they cost.

The portfolio, and the viewing request that the whole page exists to produce.
A viewing request is the whole point
Nobody buys a home from a web page. The page has one job, which is to turn interest into a booked viewing while the interest is still warm — so the request form sits with the property rather than on a contact page two clicks away.
Every submission lands in the dashboard attached to the property it came from, because “someone enquired” is not useful and “someone enquired about this unit on Tuesday” is.

The dashboard, the property list, and the locations behind the map.
What the agency runs day to day
Behind the quiet front end is the part the agency actually lives in: listings and their galleries, the enquiries those listings produced, and the company details that appear across the site — all editable without touching a developer.
A site the owner cannot change is a site that slowly stops being true.

Company details, edited once and reflected across the site.
